Consuming less sugar is another easy solution. Many people can achieve this by simply consuming significantly fewer of certain drinks.

Weight gain and cholesterol do go hand in hand, but you can lose weight with some easy changes to your diet and fitness programme. You can actually lower your cholesterol levels, so don’t quit and make sure to see your doctor before you begin.
